Friends, remember that the annual hamfest is coming up on June 3, 2017. This day relies on all of us to make it happen successfully. If you haven’t stepped up to the plate yet to volunteer a few hours, it is not too late. There are still plenty of open slots that need workers.
To help out filling a position, please contact Anthony Gaito, KC0CSG by e-mail at KC0CSG(at)yahoo.com.
We can report for duty at 6:00 am and the gates open at 8:00 am. Entry fee is $8.00. We also need help on Friday afternoon setting up.
This is to remind everyone that the annual club outing is this Saturday October 1st at 12 noon.
The location is the same as the last two years at the pavilion at lake Acworth . The club is bringing
Turkey and Dressing with Giblet gravy, cranberry sauce Soft drinks and all the utensils , and home made ice cream
So bring your favorite covered plate and maybe some deserts.
As always all are welcome come one come all you do not have to be a member and the kids too.
Let’s all have some fun and fellowship.
ps no charge for anything

On Saturday, January 2. 2016, we will need to move some club equipment from a site in Cherokee County down to another location in Cobb County. We will need a few extra hands with the move. If you are available on the morning of Jan 2nd, email Joe Grimes at email@example.com. We will be leaving from the Golden Corral (Kennesaw) after our regular weekly breakfast and heading to Cherokee County. The more people that we have pitch in, the quicker this will go!
Thank you for taking some time from your schedule and helping out!
